We frequently receive a lot of questions, so this guide is a compilation of common answers to help you receive answers sooner and help us spend more time printing your beautiful artwork.

 

The majority of queries we get include our online design feature, how to make payment, turnaround times, plus a variety of other generalised printing questions.

 

Products we include in this guide are business cards, letterheads, posters, postcards, and brochure printing. As an example we offer double sided full bleed printing for business cards, posters, flyers and brochures. Letterheads and compliment slips for example we offer full bleed printing on just one side.

The artwork and design we provide is for the sole use of our printed products.

 

Artwork and recreated logos can be purchased from us direct to PDF and also supplied in several formats for both web and print use.

Our offices are open: 9.00am - 5.00pm Monday  to Thursday & 9.00am - 4.30pm on Friday. Our sales office is closed on weekends and public/bank holidays.

Products & Services

On the product pages are the options to BROWSE DESIGN, UPLOAD YOUR DESIGN or CUSTOM DESIGN.

BROWSE DESIGN will allow you to look through our existing templates for you customise, UPLOAD YOUR DESIGN will allow you to upload your own custom artwork, and CUSTOM DESIGN will provide you with a blank design where you can let your imagination run wild.

Our printing monkeys are all specially trained to provide a professional "business quality" product at an economic printing price. This means High Digital Definition printing of clear photos and text in addition to vibrant colour reproduction, so the difference in quality is unmatched.

 

We also have specialised industry specific tools that help us provide a professional finish which you can't find on the industrial estate.

Yes!

 

Our web to print software suite combined with our state of the art printing presses means no long winded process of setting up of files or printing plates, which also means almost immediate sheet drying time so we can print, coat, cut and package all within minutes from receiving an order.

Yes! In fact we already do since 100% of our volume is printed on FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certified paper.

Maybe. If you're willing to pay extra for bespoke printing sizes than contact us to see what we can do. Otherwise, we would advise you use a standard print size.

Delivery

The price of our standard delivery is £4.95 per complete order. For this you can have as many items in your order as you wish and still only pay the £4.95 charge once.

Payments & Invoices

We accept both debit and credit card transactions which we securely process without additional charges.

 

PayPal we also accept which can be selected as an option at checkout.

 

If you would like to pay by BACS over the telephone then please choose the "Telephone Order" option on the payment screen.

 

Please note that work starts as soon as payment is received and cleared.

We can, although since this varies from time to time we strongly suggest the above payment methods instead to ensure a smooth transaction.

All online payments we receive are secured via a secure payment server using the highest possible commercially available level of encryption.

 

No financial information is stored on any of our websites because it is all processed through our payment merchant.

All prices include VAT, so if you are VAT registered than you can claim back which makes our low prices even cheaper!
